You will also learn more about troop logistics, readiness, progression, and how to keep everything you do with your troop girl-led. Most importantly, you'll get to interact and learn from other leaders and hear real examples of solutions to challenges faced when first leaving the meeting place with Girl Scouts. This training is the first in a two-part series called Girl Scouts Inside & Out, which has replaced Day Trips and Indoor Overnights in the required adult training progression.
