Early Renewal Benefits

Renew your Girl Scout membership before July 31 and be automatically entered to win some amazing experiences. Check out our renewal benefits below, and prepare for your year of fun!

Renew by:	Receive these benefits:
May 8	Troop Camp Experience: Troops who renew at least two troop leaders and five girls by this date will be entered into a drawing to win a troop camp experience from July 14–16, 2024, at Camp Cleawox or a 2025 troop camp experience (date TBD) at Camp Cleawox or Camp Arrowhead. Juliette Camp Experience*: Juliettes who renew by this date will be entered into a drawing to receive a free 6-day overnight camp experience in the summer of 2024 or 2025 at either Camp Arrowhead or Camp Cleawox (availability permitting). And all applicable benefits listed below.
May 15	Camp Priority Registration: Girls who renew by this date will be entered into a drawing to receive one of ten priority camp registration spots for camp 2025. Teen Experience: Girls who renew by this date will be entered into a drawing to receive one of three registration spots for Teen Campout (July 2024) or Teen Retreat (October 2024). And all applicable benefits listed below.
May 22	INSPO Tickets: Troop leaders who renew by this date will be entered to win one of two tickets to INSPO. If a winner has already purchased a ticket to INSPO, they will be refunded! And all applicable benefits listed below.
May 31	Property Credit*: Troops who renew at least 2 leaders and 5 girls by this date will be entered into a drawing to win one of three $50 property credits. Credits must be used between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025. And all applicable benefits listed below.
June 15	Girl Scout Gear: Troops who renew at least 2 leaders and 5 girls by this date will be entered into a drawing to win one of six $100 GSOSW Shop gift cards. Gift cards must be used between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025. And all applicable benefits listed below.
June 30	Fun Patch: Girls who renew by this date will receive a free renewal fun patch. Distribution will take place from July to September. Troop leaders will receive patches for all girls in their troop who have earned them, and caregivers will receive patches for Juliette girls. Renewal Cookie Penny: Service units who renew 65% or more of their girls by this date will earn the Renewal Cookie Penny, awarding their service unit community 1¢ for every package sold during the 2024 Girl Scout Cookie Program. And all applicable benefits listed below.
July 31	Leader Tote: Troop leaders who renew by this date will be entered to win one of four Girl Scout totes.

* Please note that all adult volunteers attending troop camp or reserving GSOSW properties must have the following trainings/certifications: GSOSW Foundations, GSOSW Mandatory Reporter Training for Volunteers, a current Girl Scout membership, and a successful background check.
