Looking for a coastal experience or a getaway into the forest? Are you planning an overnight Girl Scout troop campout or a corporate business meeting? From small events to large retreats, find the best site for you!
Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington offers 13 properties for different activities which are available for use by both Girl Scout members and non-members. Sites include indoor and outdoor spaces for meetings, campouts, classes, special occasions, and any other gathering you can imagine. Visitors must comply with GSOSW policies for usage.

1. Select your property
Review our property map and descriptions above to see what property is best for your next adventure, meeting, or special event.
2. Check the availability
Girl Scout troop leaders may check availability at calendar.girlscoutsosw.org/calendar. This site is password-protected. Contact your service unit Girl Experience Mentor (GEM) for access or contact the site registrar at property@girlscoutsosw.org or 503-977-6834.
Non-Girl Scout groups can contact the site registrar for available locations and dates.
3. Reserve
To make a reservation request, please follow the applicable instructions below.
Troops, service units, and GSOSW employees may submit the Girl Scout Property Reservation Request form.
Juliettes may submit the Juliette Property Reservation Request form. Please carefully review the Juliette Property Reservation Standards of Practice.
Non-Girl Scout groups interested in making a reservation may contact the site registrar at property@girlscoutsosw.org or 503-977-6834.
4. Confirmation
Your reservation will be confirmed via email. Further details will be provided upon confirmation.
