Unleash the power of mental wellness at Joy Jam! Life isn't always easy, but dealing with tricky emotions doesn't have to be so hard. This first-time event will be held in Oregon City and will help girls learn healthy ways to get through stressful situations by practicing self-care. Enjoy self-care workshops involving art, nature, music, and movement.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a skills-based training course that teaches participants to identify, understand, and respond to mental health and substance use challenges. This hands-on training will give Girl Scout volunteers the skills they need to reach out and provide initial help and support to youth from ages 12 to 18 who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.
