Baby Kits

Sasha wanted to help new mothers who might be struggling to provide necessities for their babies. She and her volunteers surveyed what was needed, collected products through drives and prepared 200 kits that she donated to a local organization serving needy families. Each kit included baby care basics and a hand-made knit hat. Sasha also taught her peers how to make the hats and prepare the kits during her project. She got a commitment from her high school service club to provide the organization with more baby kits as needed.
