The Band Project

To increase interest in her high school’s band program post-pandemic, Katie led current band members in creating an evening event for younger students and their parents to hear the variety of music styles played in high school and try out different band instruments. To sustain interest in the program, Katie secured a commitment from others at her high school to offer the event in future years.
