Community Greenhouse
Elden | Tigard, Oregon
Elden learned that a local food pantry would like to extend its offerings by teaching clients how to grow their own food year-round. They and their thirty volunteers designed and built a greenhouse for the pantry using as many recycled and repurposed materials as possible. Additionally, Elden left a binder of resource information covering how to operate and maintain the greenhouse and tips on how to grow various vegetables.
