To encourage interest in tech careers and address the gender gap in STEM, Mahika organized a Fem in STEM workshop series at a local middle school. The progressive workshops guided sixth-grade girls in learning to code with JavaScript. Mahika created and publicized a website featuring her coding curriculum and information on tech-related competitions, internships, and scholarships. Mahika also recruited a younger student to maintain the site and host future workshops.
