Tutoring Program

Emmersyn established a tutoring program at her local library to improve teens' connection to their community. She recruited and trained high school students who then helped younger students in math and reading. To sustain her efforts, Emmersyn created and distributed a guidebook with school contact lists, tips on recruiting and training tutors and publicizing the program to younger children, and other details on running the program.
