Donate Your Oregon State Tax Refund
Girl Scouts of Oregon and SW Washington is now part of Oregon's Charitable Checkoff.
You can choose to donate all or part of your Oregon state tax refund to Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington when you file your taxes this year!
Here's how it works:
- Complete Schedule OR-DONATE to designate a gift to Girl Scouts of Oregon & SW Washington (Line 29, Charity Code Number 30).
- Enter the total of all Charitable Checkoff donations on Line 30. Be sure to include Schedule OR-DONATE when you submit your tax return.
- Enter the amount from Line 30 of Schedule OR-DONATE on your Oregon income tax return (Form 40, Line 49).
